The room was clean and the staff were kind, so my stay was perfectly fine. The only thing that bothered me was a tenant I passed a few times. He seemed like he might be high on something and rambled about being a big deal. He kind of looked like Gollum had joined the band Korn.

It's an old place, and management could do a better job keeping the grounds clean.

The location is pretty good, but the interior is very outdated. It feels shady, with lots of “after dark” activity and many long-term residents. Management seems questionable. People who know the conditions have mentioned flea, bedbug and cockroach infestations.

I've been renting a room by the month since February, after my mother moved out of state. I did some research, and for what I pay, the rooms are large and spacious. It's a great spot for bus routes, the post office, stores and food. The couple who own the place are friendly, and it feels like a family setting. The housekeeper is very nice and around every day if you need clean towels. I haven't had anything go missing or been stolen, and I don't think the owners or housekeepers are the kind of people who would do that. Visitors have to check in, which I appreciate because it helps keep everyone safe. There's also laundry on site, and it saves a lot of money each month since I don't have to go elsewhere to wash clothes. I wouldn't choose anywhere else to stay.

We'd been in three motels while my husband was working in construction and we needed somewhere temporary. This one has been the cleanest, quietest and most affordable by far, and it feels friendly for us and our fur babies. For the price, it's hard to find anything close to what you get here. There's good access to stores and places to eat, and it's super affordable. Pets are allowed, and the fee isn't crazy like at other motels. The couple running it are kind, friendly and nonjudgmental. They seem to care about people and animals and understand that everyone has different situations. Visitors have to check in, which is great. It keeps things pretty quiet and peaceful, without the crazy nonsense we've seen at other cheap motels. We've heard from lots of people around here that the place has improved a ton since the owners took over. The laundry facility is extremely affordable and has saved us a ton, and the sweet housekeeper is usually nearby if you need clean towels.
