The staff were nice, and breakfast was good. Our room was clean and nice, but the hot water heater was out and part of the shower was broken. There was a notice about the hot water at check-in, and they discounted the room. I’d visit again.

Ms.Penny made the stay feel like home. She was helpful with my disabled father, gave all kinds of goodies to my son and niece, and was so social and polite. She felt like my own grandma. May God bless and watch over her. The room was great, and I’ll stay wherever she’s working.

Breakfast was hot and good every morning, and the hot tub was good, though the pool was a little cold. We had a bathroom problem, and the maintenance man came in five minutes and fixed it. Miss Penny at the front desk was wonderful, friendly, and attentive. A good four day stay. Thanks, Miss Penny, and have a blessed day.

The room was clean, but it felt overwhelmingly damp, even the bedding. The air conditioner also didn’t cool it as much as we’d have liked. This might be a better hotel in the cooler months.

The sheets were soft, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. The place wasn’t appealing, felt musty, and needs updating. Lots of things need attention, including the details.
