The morning front desk woman was incredibly rude. We couldn’t even close the door so my friend, who’s like a mom to me, could use the bathroom. She told the housekeeper not to shut the bathroom door, so she had to pee with both that door and the door to outside open. Housekeeping had been amazing in helping with the situation, and the person at the desk when I checked in was nice. But after that morning experience, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

The floors were dirty and scratched up, and there was mold in the bathroom ceiling fan that smelled really strong. Staff were rude and kept eyeballing me. The worst part started at check-in: the website says pets are accepted and service animals don’t pay fees, but when I explained I had a service dog in training, the man asked me a lot of questions. It was unnecessarily rude, and I believe asking those questions is illegal. He kept bringing up my dog whenever he saw me afterward, which felt like harassment. Just an uncomfortable stay. Don’t waste your time.

The place smelled bad and felt very run down, and the staff were rude. There were bed bugs and roaches, and the beds were bad too. My family and I had planned to stay 6 days, but we checked out the next morning and went somewhere else. I won’t come back. I wouldn’t spend money here.
