The listing photos were misleading, and the property looked nothing like them. The neighborhood didn't feel safe, the AC in our first room didn't work, and there were roaches throughout. Around 2:00 a.m., four men outside our door tried to open it. I went to the front desk because I no longer felt safe and asked for a refund. They moved us instead, but the next room was just as bad: dirty, roaches, hair on sheets that clearly hadn't been properly washed, and generally unsanitary. We were traveling with family and couldn't stay another minute. Thankfully we found somewhere else. This was one of the worst hotels I've booked through this app, and I wouldn't recommend it. The cleanliness, safety issues, and inaccurate photos made for a terrible stay.

For a budget motel, it gave me what I needed. I booked through Priceline and arrived around 9:30. Kay was excellent at the PM front desk, and the room and bed were comfortable and well heated. They returned my deposit promptly, and checkout was hassle-free. Also, a shoutout to the AM front desk woman in the glittery pants. Her lovely manner really brightens people's day.

The grounds and pool are lovely, the location is good, and the staff were helpful. It looks like renovations may be underway, and the sliding door definitely needs a lock. There's a moldy smell that needs attention, so bring extra flip flops for the room. I was glad they provided laundry bags, so I didn't have to use a grocery bag.

Don't book here. I used the rewards program at 10pm on 6/4/26, and there was no mention of a deposit. When I arrived Thursday night, they demanded $100, more than the room cost. I had only $50 until payday a few hours into Friday. Even after I got paid, they still wouldn't check me in. They then charged the $70 room cost and kept the money while I spent hours in my car on the phone trying to get corporate customer service to fix it. The corporate rep said it was a franchise and could set its own “policies.” I disputed the charge with PayPal, which is still “investigating,” and a week later I still haven't got my money back. The night desk clerks were rude and unhelpful. The Waffle House waitresses nearby said it was probably a blessing in disguise, because of rampant drug use and prostitution there.
