The rooms are clean and really comfortable, and every worker has been welcoming and fantastic, especially Cat. Their hospitality made it feel like home almost right away. Cat deserves all the praise for her hard work. She's a joy to be around and always does her best to keep us happy and safe. My fiancé and I have stayed at a lot of places over the past year, including another location for this same business, and this one on davis is by far the best.

I've been here almost 4 months, and this is easily my favorite place to stay around here. It feels like home. Diane, the assistant manager, is awesome, friendly, and helpful, and goes above and beyond so guests can have an enjoyable, safe stay. I don't plan to leave anytime soon. The rooms have everything you'd need or want for a very low price, with no deposit. It's relaxed, laid back, and comfortable.

I've lived in a lot of hotels in Pensacola, where I grew up, and this is the best one overall. It's affordable and reasonable, but also clean, quiet, and peaceful. The office staff are friendly, and Diane is amazing. She makes you feel welcome and right at home, one of those rare gems you don't find easily these days.

Do not stay here. My husband and I had reserved and paid for two nights. After we left for work on the first day, we came back to find our room cleared out and our things thrown in the dumpster. They told the maid guy we'd "left." They went through our belongings, kept my husband's things in the office, threw my stuff away, kept what they wanted, and accused us of having drug paraphernalia in a book bag. That was false, but even if it weren't, why go through our things? They gave one excuse after another, and we're beyond upset. A week earlier, they tried to put my husband in a dirty room with the mattress on the table and bloody handprints and stains on the sheets. It took them 5 days to even start a refund for the 3 days he paid for, so he had to sleep on the streets. This place is horrible. Anywhere is better.
