The room ended up better than I expected. I’d been forced to book because every hotel nearby was full, and online reviews were mixed. But the staff were friendly and efficient, and both the lobby and grounds were clean and well cared for. My third-floor hallway smelled pleasant and stayed quiet even at full capacity. I booked a queen room with a sofa. It was spacious, bright, and had all the essentials. The bed was firm but comfortable, and the room was clean. The location is amazing. I’ll definitely come back.

The room smelled a little, and it struck me as odd that the AC was in the living room rather than the bedroom. When I checked in, the floor was wet. I asked the woman for another room, and she helped me switch; that one was a little wet too, but not as much. She said the rooms had been shampooed that day, and they did their best to help. It’s decent for a longer stay and worth what they charge, so it wasn’t a terrible experience, though I felt they could do more.

The rooms are falling apart, and the blankets are extremely thin. The heater makes the room either freezing or desert-hot, no matter what setting you use. This doesn’t feel like a Comfort Inn. Don’t book online; go see it in person before committing. I wouldn’t have stayed if I’d known, and would have spent my money somewhere clean.

We stopped for a room after car trouble on the road, and the bed was firm enough for us to get some much-needed sleep. The place was quiet and the staff very friendly, so the stay was okay. We checked in early even though they weren’t busy and were charged an early check-in fee. I’d never encountered that unless I’d booked a room and arrived early. The employee was following policy, so I understood her, but having worked at a hotel myself, the fee still confused me.
