The rooms were clean and roomy, and this SpringHill Suites in Brentwood is in a great location. I usually love staying at Springhill Suites, but the daytime front desk service here, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., was extremely poor. I stayed a whole week and got no greeting from returning staff. If I didn’t say hello, there’d be no interaction. Steven needs to learn to smile. A robot would have shown more expression. The other daytime staff, including the manager or owner, also kept their heads down and gave poor service. Cecilia, who handles breakfast, was the opposite: friendly, warm, smiling, and talkative. I loved saying good morning and chatting with her each day. She should be at the front desk! Also, families with kids might be better placed on the ground floor. Kids will be kids, but listening to running and jumping until 11 p.m. wasn’t what I needed during a business stay.

I slept so well here, it was nice and quiet. Everything felt clean and comfortable, the staff were phenomenal, and parking was easy and free. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby too. Amazing stay, couldn’t ask for better!

The staff made our trip easy, and the rooms were clean and well kept. We came from Grand Forks, ND for VEX Worlds 2026 with 8 students, 2 Advisors, and a few students’ families. We all had a great stay. It’s a nice option if you want somewhere comfortable without spending too much.

I’ve returned here many times while my husband was at Barnes hospital, and it’s the only place I’ll stay in the area. It feels safe and quiet for a woman traveling alone, and the rooms and beds are very clean. The beds are comfortable, too. The staff goes above and beyond for guests.

The room wasn’t clean enough, and the individual AC unit was very noisy. There’s no kitchen, so you can’t order anything, and breakfast was limited and mostly cold. The staff weren’t supportive either. One of my worst stays at a Marriott property, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a business trip.
