The breakfast was just okay, but I had a great stay here for business from June, 2025 to February, 2026. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were what really stood out. At the front desk, Markesha, Jerricka, Marco and Kesha remembered my name and room number and were always friendly and helpful. Angie in Housekeeping was incredible throughout my stay. I’d request her floor. She kept me stocked with what I needed in my room and left friendly notes that brightened my day. Great place!

Brentwood Townplace is a great choice for a clean, safe stay with a quick breakfast. I travel globally and have experienced all kinds of service, so I like to share when a hotel and its staff impress me. Marco was the difference maker: professional, personable, amazing, and knowledgeable. My colleagues stayed on other dates and were pleased with his phenomenal service, too.

Marco checked us in with a friendly, funny welcome that made us feel at home right away. The hotel was spotless and in a convenient area, and breakfast was delicious. We had an amazing stay, really enjoyed our time, and can’t wait to come back!

What I appreciated most at Towne Place Suites in Brentwood was the cheerful staff. They seemed like a close team, were always happy with each other, and showed real interest in us whenever we came and went. The suite layout worked very well for a longer stay, with customizable closets, under-bed cubbies, lots of cabinet and storage space, and a well-planned desk area. I stayed 12 days with my daughter while she was in town for medical treatment. The location made groceries, shopping, restaurants, Forest Park, and the classic Hi Pointe Cinema in Old Route 66 convenient to reach. Breakfast was hot and high in protein and low in sugar each day, with vegetarian sausage available many days. The elevator was fast and always seemed to be available, which I appreciated. The pool is small and 4’6” at the deep end, so it’s not really meant for adult exercise. Exceptional stay!
