Quality Inn Brewerton - Syracuse Oneida Lake Area

Sam checked us in and was super friendly, nice, and accommodating. The room was spotless and updated, and everything worked. It had a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a nice big TV with a working remote. The furniture was nice too, and I didn't feel grossed out leaving my bag on the floor. I usually bring my own fluffy blanket because hotels sometimes only provide a thin one, but here there was a soft down comforter, soft sheets, and a million fluffy pillows. I felt like a queen. I get bursitis in my hip, and I don't know what kind of pillow top or bed they use, but I slept better than I have in forever. I didn't toss and turn, and the next day I could walk perfectly. That alone was a win for me. Thanks for a great night and stay. We'll be back!

I had sworn off this place after writing a bad review back when it was Days Inn. Seeing it was now Quality Inn and had some positive reviews made me give it another try, and I'm totally shocked at the improvement. As far as I could tell, everything had been replaced, from the carpet to the breakfast area. My king room was excellent and had a sofa, plus a great TV with lots of channels. The rates are very reasonable compared with many other places. It's just off I-81, with McDonald's and Dunkin donuts a minute down the road, and the location feels very safe. This will be my go-to place when I'm passing by Syracuse.

We spent two days here and had a great stay. The staff were kind and helpful, and our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and nicely set up, with juice, toast, bagels, waffles, donuts, muffins, cereal, apples, cream cheese, and more. It's a quiet, clean, friendly hotel, and I'd highly recommend it. I also took some photos of the breakfast area.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and our large room was comfortable and very clean. We had a pleasant, restful stay at the Quality Inn in Brewerton. We'd certainly come back and recommend it to others.
