The location is great and it's a nice place, though it’s getting busier, especially on weekends. There’s a lot more hallway noise than there used to be.

The resort has some of the nicest intermediate tree skiing I've come across, and it was a lot of fun. The condo itself is comfortable and well equipped, with a fireplace and wood, a full kitchen, cable TV and wifi. You can ski to the main quad lift from a spot about 10 feet from the outside door, then ski back the same way. There's also a convenient free shuttle that runs every 6 to 10 minutes.

We like walking the trail around the fishing pond, especially in the cool weather, and often bring the dogs. We always clean up after them. Brianwood has a really beautiful park with covered picnic tables, a large covered Pavilion with lots more tables, and plenty for kids and adults to do. We enjoy having picnics there whenever we can.

We love coming here on family road trips, and it’s always a breath of fresh air away from Las Vegas. Giant Steps is right there for summer activities and snowboarding. There’s fishing, regular concerts on the hill, and lift and ATV trails year round. Beautiful place, definitely worth seeing!
