I was charged twice for my stay, on top of getting poor service. The rooms were among the most disgusting accommodations I've ever seen, with roaches and bed bugs. The walls were paper thin, and the motel was right beside a major road.

Bed bugs and cockroaches, plus mold. I got a horrible case of bed bugs after paying a week in advance. At 9am, with five days still left, they kicked me out with nowhere to go. No reason, no cause, just bullshit. DO NOT DO IT!

For one night, $55 was a decent price, but the stay wasn't comfortable. The linens could've been cleaner and more comfortable, and the mold and stale tobacco smell should've been dealt with before renting the room. At $325 a week or $1,300 a month, it's definitely not worth it. We had a double room for three adults. It was just a place to sleep, and I'd only recommend it to someone passing through who's exhausted and needs a quick night's rest. I wouldn't recommend it for a vacation or for anyone needing special accommodations. The bathroom was clean, and the room had Wi-Fi, cable TV, an AC/heat unit, a shower and tub, a toilet, a vanity, a mini fridge, and a microwave. But there was an odor of mold and stale tobacco when we arrived. The blankets had burn holes and looked shredded, maybe from a dryer or just heavy use. There was blood on the mattress under the fitted sheet. The lights were very dim, and the bulbs blew soon after we settled in. The carpet hid an uneven floor with a two-inch gap between sections, which was a tripping hazard. The walls were paper thin, with a few small holes in the drywall where the table and chairs had been against them. Most occupants seemed to be long-term residents. Some watched our every move, while others tried to dictate who could visit us. The owner was nice, but the other office staff were much too nosy. The rules seemed to vary by person: some occupants could stay without paying, while others had to pay more than advertised and upfront, or were told to leave. The sign says no pets, yet other occupants had several dogs in one room. There's a soda machine in the office, but it's hit or miss whether the office is unlocked or anyone will answer the door.

It's run down, but affordable, and the price is what earns it three stars. The bathroom was clean, and there was a refrigerator, microwave, and TV. The air conditioner was new, while the rest of the place was in different states of disrepair, including cracks in the toilet seat and missing light bulbs. Still, there were no bugs or anything that spoiled the night. It was quiet and away from the highway, so it was a fairly good value, just not the nicest place around.
