The hotel was okay, but there weren’t amenities like in-room coffee or complimentary breakfast. The shower pressure was so poor there wasn’t enough water to rinse off the soap. That was a real disappointment.

We went to Bridgeport in March for the second time and ate at this place because it was the only one open. The menu looked simple but appealing. The food was a huge letdown. The burgers were poor quality, and we had to make our own sauce from the ingredients on the table. The salad was bagged. We regretted not fasting that evening, especially after paying too much to come away with such a bad memory. At least the waitress was kind.

The restaurant food was gross. The prime rib dip was just meat and bread with no taste, and the au jus was flavorless too. The side salad was a waste, it had lots of water, three olives, and one whole peperoncini. The ranch was okay. Save your money.

Management was great, but I wouldn’t stay again. I had a room with a shared bathroom, and the shower kept swinging from cold to scalding hot. There was also noise from people in the middle of the night.

We loved our visit here. The inn is old and charming, with an old-fashioned room that made the stay fun. The food was delicious and the staff very friendly. Locals come in for morning coffee, and bikers stay here too. We got the very last room. If you prefer everything new and modern, this probably won’t suit you, but I loved how unusual the place was.
