Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Bridgeport

My grandson and I stayed in Bridgeport TX, and both the area and room were wonderful. The room was roomy and clean, and my grandson liked it so much he wanted to live there. The staff were great, and I think the owner was too. We left my grandson’s phone charger behind, and they called me three times to get it back to me. I really appreciate that. Not many places would do that. I highly recommend staying here.

This was our first stay at the econolodge in Bridgeport, and we really enjoyed it. The room was very clean, and the hotel was nice overall. The staff were kind, friendly, and professional. We’ll be back.

The staff were rude and dismissive while we tried to sort out our reservation. They even treated my HR director like an idiot for trying to understand what they wanted from us. The service was absolutely deplorable, so we left and went across the street to a much better hotel.

We booked through Expedia, and our daughter decided at the last minute to come out of town with us. We asked if they could switch us to a double-bed room and said we’d pay the difference. They were able to move us, but said the extra charge had to be paid in cash rather than debit. That didn’t make sense to me, but I paid the amount they asked for.
