I stay here often and love it. The price is hard to beat, the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are lovely. Breakfast is hot and good, too. I’ve never had a bad interaction with the staff. They’re pleasant and do their best to help. If you bring them an issue, whether it’s about the location or another guest, they respond promptly and do what they can.

The Halloween decorations made the place feel festive ahead of the holiday. Front desk staff and housekeepers were great, and I saw hard workers busy all around the hotel. It’s a fine establishment, and I enjoyed the free pass to the fitness center, which surprisingly has a pool. Breakfast was a good start to my work day in the area. I’m happy with the value and the care they gave my room. We’ll be back for another good stay. Thanks, quality inn bridgeport. See you soon.

We came with a group of 25, and it was worth every penny. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, the beds were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast lady was awesome and cheerful. Thanks for making our stay amazing. We also stayed at their Weston property and had a similar experience. One extra plus is that they have Indian cuisine in-house.

A nice place to stay. The room was very clean, and housekeeping were polite. The laundry lady was polite too when we asked for extra towels. The manager was helpful in explaining the shared pool area next door and the breakfast.

The location is great, but our stay was awful. It was 90 degrees outside, and somehow the room felt even hotter. I checked in late last night with my elderly aunt, who has asthma and other health issues. We needed a first-floor room because there’s no elevator. The AC was already on high, so we thought the room might cool down, but it never did. Today I asked the front desk for another room because I was worried the heat would make my aunt sick. The associate stood there on her phone and ignored me until I asked for help. She gave a flat “yes” when I explained the problem and said she could only move us to the second floor. I told her we couldn’t use that floor without an elevator, and she said there was nothing she could do. Housekeeping confirmed the room next door was vacant and said two other rooms had opened up after checkout. I went back and asked if she was the manager. She said no. When I asked for the manager’s name, she asked for my number. I just wanted the name, but she said she couldn’t give it to me and would have the manager call. I saw a sign on the wall with the name, took a photo, and asked if it was correct. She said yes. I told her that was all I’d been asking for. As I walked away, another guest came up and got very friendly treatment. I’m an African American woman, and that guest was a white woman. Maybe it’s irrelevant, but I felt it was worth mentioning for context. The building is a mess. It smells like pee by the back door, there were lots of vagrants hanging around outside, the shower was filthy, and we were given a nearly empty toilet paper roll. I had to ask for a full one. I could go on. We paid to stay here, and they treated me as if I were asking for special privileges at a homeless shelter. I’m not asking for a handout or a favor.
