Edit response added: - It's laughable to claim the beds were clean when we could clearly see black hairs all over them. - You also said we used the beds. At most, we put our things on top. We weren't going to sleep there after finding all those hairs. - Maybe the room took longer to heat up, I'll give you that, but it was stone cold when we came in. - We never said we didn't test the shower water temperature. We ran it briefly to see if there was any hot water. That doesn't mean we used the shower. - We're not "attacking" anyone. This is our honest review, and we expected more than we got. It'll barely make a dent in your overall review. - No refunds for a room we were clearly unhappy with and ended up not using feels messed up. Even a partial refund would've been okay, but this felt like highway robbery. Original review: We were unhappy with the experience. Given the reviews, we expected much better, but the bed was rock hard and not clean by any stretch of the imagination. The room was frighteningly cold, even with the thermostat turned up. Maybe it was the time of year, but we had a meeting in town and hoped to stay overnight. Instead, we had to drive home. Setting our money on fire would've been more entertaining.

I felt comfortable the whole time, and this was by far the cleanest place I've ever stayed. I'd absolutely stay here again. We were a bit rushed at checkout and didn't get to chat with the owners, but hopefully we can next time.

Lynn and Matt were welcoming and made sure I had what I needed during my stay at Noble House Inn. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was perfect, close to local spots and restaurants. The inn is charming and well maintained, with cozy, clean rooms that feel warm and inviting. Great value, and I'd highly recommend Noble House Inn for a getaway.

Bridgton is a fun town to explore on foot, with a great library, a big Renys, and plenty of restaurants. I spent two lovely nights at Noble House as a Mother's Day present from my kids, probably the best gift ever, aside from my grandchildren. The setting was beautiful, our hosts were gracious and friendly, the rooms felt comfortable and homey, and breakfast was delicious. The weather didn't cooperate, but that's nobody's fault. I'm hoping to return in the fall for another relaxing visit. Great place to stay.

The hospitality from Lynn and Matt made our getaway from Kennebunkport feel especially welcoming. They were warm, personable, and clearly cared about making guests feel at home. The inn itself has loads of character with a modern touch, and it's an easy walk to downtown shops and Highland Lake. Our room was spotless, with a comfortable bed and bright natural light from the windows, while still feeling private. The grounds are beautiful and very well kept, and the event tent and setting look great for weddings. We had a wonderful stay and will be back.
