This was easily the best hotel on my trip from Dallas, Texas to Alberta. It felt new, modern, and clean, and the bedding and pillows were so comfortable, like a heavenly burrito. Breakfast was the best too: egg and cheese omelette, Frosted Flakes instead of plain flakes, and cinnamon rolls served warm. Even the coffee was from freshly ground beans, nothing like the stale bog water another place called coffee. This was the best of the best on the road. Thanks for the stay, Holiday Inn. Highly recommend.

The hotel overlooks the truck stop, which isn’t their fault. At $150 a night, I was disappointed they couldn’t offer late checkout, with an 11:00 am cutoff. They did let me stay in the lobby, though. Breakfast was provided, and the coffee was probably among the best I’ve had at hotels, so big kudos for that.

Kendra was so helpful, kind, and patient while helping me set up a party for my mother-in-law. The patio was lovely, with a grill and lots of outdoor furniture. We used the conference room for the party, and it was spacious, organized, and very clean. I loved the experience!

I was there for a conference, not an overnight stay. The staff were really friendly, and the lobby, conference rooms, and lobby bathrooms were clean. The whole lobby smelled nice, with air fresheners around, and the coffee tasted great.

I travel eight months of the year, so service, cleanliness, and quality matter a lot to me. This property stands out, especially because Kendra made sure I had a great stay. When I had an issue with my room, she handled it right away, efficiently and courteously. The staff made me feel welcome, almost like I was at home. I’m looking forward to staying here again. Thanks again, Kendra, for making it such a good stay!
