The breakfast is what really sets this Best Western apart for me. It changes from day to day, with the menu posted so you know what’s being served. One morning it might be burrito fixings, another could be omelettes or biscuits and gravy with sausage patties. I’ve been here more than a week, and every day there’s been a proper breakfast, including fruit, juice, oatmeal, milk, and coffee. They’ve got the amenities too, with a pool, small gym, laundry, Wi-Fi, and a computer with printer, scanner, and fax. The place is clean and the hospitality is lovely. I like waking up knowing I’ll have a good breakfast. Love it.

The beds were the worst part. They had springs but hardly any cushion, and I could feel and hear them with every movement. I got no sleep and ended up in a lot of pain. There was also a mousetrap with what felt like a mouse inside, plus tobacco pouches under one of the beds. The quality here seems to have gone downhill, and I won't return to this Best Western or any other.

The sheets and bed were clean, but the floor was disgusting and the tub was dirty. When I told the front desk, they moved us to an even dirtier room and said the tub issue was housekeeping's problem. The hotel needs renovating. It's close to shopping, though not close to the airport.

That running trail just a block away was a nice bonus after our long drive across Nebraska. We picked this place for the location, and it was reasonably clean, friendly, and dog-friendly too. Breakfast had a green chili option, a fun local touch.

We've been here a long time for work, and when I came back to my room it smelled like bug poison. I work for a company that deals with this, so I noticed it. I don't know if they're trying to get me out of my room or what is going on.
