Candlewood Suites Brighton by IHG

The room is comfortable and the pillows are very nice. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, but we've had to ask for toilet paper and towels, and nobody has taken away the trash. It’s also odd that the TV doesn’t offer a way to log into streaming accounts.

Our room was ready early even though we arrived about an hour before check-in, which was really nice of them. It was spacious and very clean. We had a great stay and would definitely come back.

The rooms were clean and roomy, and the staff were the nicest I've experienced at any hotel. They greeted us whenever we came and went and made sure we had what we needed. I'd definitely recommend the candle wood suites in Brighton.

This place felt like a second home from the first day of my long stay right through to the end. Everyone on staff was wonderful and friendly, especially Catherine, Lindsey, Mariano, and Sayed. Catherine and Lindsey were my girls through and through. I'd sometimes go down to the lobby just to chat with them because they're so delightful. My family has been in the restaurant business for decades, and I learned customer service and etiquette very young. To me, you can't teach that kind of service, and these employees were clearly born with it. I can't imagine someone staying here and not being happy around the clock. I sincerely hope someone higher up considers giving them every raise or promotion possible. They should also build more rooms, because the whole building fills up every weekend with people attending events. This location has so much potential. The wonderful people I met made the whole stay a lovely experience.
