I didn't catch his name, but the long-haired brunette man at the front desk around 7pm on 1/17/26 was so calm, polite, and friendly. He seemed to really enjoy his job, and I wish I could give him the recognition he deserves. It's rare to see that kind of professional attitude these days, especially knowing how little people in those jobs make. I hope you enjoyed the chipotle I gave you, my friend. If I need a hotel again, I'll choose this one because of him.

Our guests all had a great stay, and the lobby gave everyone a nice place to catch up. The banquet room we booked worked well for several smaller events. We had a majority out-of-towner wedding at a nearby venue, and the Courtyard Marriott made a perfect home base for the weekend, even though that isn't usually the sort of hotel you'd pick for a wedding. They were communicative and very helpful with all our requests in the months before the weekend, despite also hosting another wedding at the same time. When one guest's AirBnb fell through in the middle of the night, the staff helped them find a room. The whole weekend turned out to be an unexpected delight.

Check the nightly rates when you book and look over your receipt. I wasn't told that the second night would cost nearly three times as much as the first, apparently because a wedding had driven up demand. After several requests, neither the assistant manager nor the manager called back. I finally got the manager on the phone, but she wouldn't change the rate. When I asked to speak with her manager, she said he'd call me, but I never heard from him. Terrible management!

We were happy with this quiet, clean, very nice hotel and its great staff, and we'd come back. We were just disappointed that breakfast wasn't included.

We booked in a block of rooms for a wedding, and the morning was a mess. There was supposed to be a continental breakfast, but when we looked around and asked, nobody helped us, so we left. After the shuttle failed to show, someone gave me cards for a limo service, which didn't really help. The transportation to and from the venue also didn't stick to the posted schedule and stopped running before its last trip there, though I'm not sure how much of that was the hotel's fault. Our room smelled strongly of must, the tub leaked onto the floor during our morning shower, and a used washcloth had been left in the shower. The room looked old and a bit worn. Staff were nice, just not very helpful. I think there are better places to stay.
