1795 Acorn Inn B&B

Sheryl, the owner, made the visit especially enjoyable. She’s an absolute delight, and the breakfasts were delicious. The 1795 Acorn Inn Bed and Breakfast is a great place to stay when visiting Canandaigua or Bristol Mountain in the Finger Lakes. The accommodations are wonderful, with relaxing surroundings, restaurants and wineries nearby. It made for a fabulous getaway.

We came away feeling completely relaxed, thanks so much to Sheryl for making us feel right at home. My husband and I spent a few days in Canandaigua and stayed at the 1795 Acorn Inn Bed and Breakfast. Our room was beautiful and comfortable, and the gourmet breakfasts were absolutely delicious, both well beyond what we expected. Sheryl was so welcoming and wonderful. We’ll definitely be back! The peaceful location was convenient for everything we wanted to see and do, and our room was spotless, lovely, and comfortable. Breakfast was homemade, delicious, and served with care. The Bristol Room was beautiful and comfortable, with a window nook looking out over the back garden. After our massages in the room, we used the hot tub in the garden, and it was clean and so relaxing. Sheryl arranged for the massage therapist to come at the time we’d agreed on, which made us ecstatic. She was welcoming, incredibly hospitable, and quick to respond to emails, and helped us arrange an easy check-in. We stayed two nights after our wedding and were so glad we chose the 1795 Acorn Inn. The decor was stunning, the rooms cozy, and the homemade breakfasts delicious. Both mornings were great, with impressive attention to detail. My husband loved the savory breakfast with biscuits, sausage, and baked eggs. I loved the sweet one on our first morning, crème brûlée french toast. It was the best trip we’ve ever taken. We’ll most certainly be back, and we’re already starting to plan!
