The rooms are roomy, clean, nicely decorated, and laid out well after the recent updates. Street noise does come through the windows, though. At first I thought one was open, but it wasn’t. I still rate the hotel 4 because I sleep with a white noise machine and it didn’t bother me. If noise is an issue for you, the hotel should address it with new windows.

I hope the ongoing remodel includes new windows. The street noise was so loud I couldn’t sleep, and another couple was checking out early because of it. The rooms themselves were clean and comfortable, with snacks, drinks, and breakfast available. Once the work is finished, this should be a good place to stay.

Good choice for an overnight stop: the room was large and clean, service was good, and breakfast was surprisingly decent. It wasn’t the usual dry hotel sausage and patties or watery eggs. The one problem was the musty smell on the sheets, like they’d sat wet in the washer for a day or 2 before drying. My 22mth old didn’t like sleeping on them.

The staff were really friendly, the rooms clean, and breakfast was nice. There is some road noise from being right off the interstate, but the heating and cooling system makes a bit of white noise that helps cover it.

We made an unplanned stop at Hampton Inn by Hilton and were really glad we did. The room was super clean, nicely designed, and just the right temperature, with comfy linens. Allison suggested a dinner spot, and breakfast was enough to get us back on the road. We appreciated the couple of water bottles for the drive, and our short stay was a real help.
