It’s a decent deal, and the bed is comfortable. The fridge and AC both worked well, and there are some good TV channels. I’d take their packaged breakfast over an open buffet. Cleanliness is usually okay, but sometimes the bathroom floor and shower haven’t been vacuumed properly, leaving hair, dirt, and other bits behind. The plumbing has been poor in every room I’ve used here: the sink drains slowly and the toilet doesn’t flush well. For the quietest stay, come after 4 pm and leave before sunrise.

I was here for three weeks for a work project. The rooms and beds were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. There’s outdoor access, and it’s pet friendly. Breakfast, guest laundry, a microwave, and a fridge were available too. I’d stay here again.

When we got into the room, someone else’s hair was all over the tub and toilet. Disgusting. With the door shut and locked, light still showed through on three sides, since it faced the interstate. We wouldn’t accept a room in that condition, but they just said to have a good weekend and refused to refund us or offer anything. It ruined our anniversary weekend away, and we had to drive back home because we couldn’t find another room.

The room had the usual amenities, but there was an unpleasant smell I couldn’t identify, and we ran into plumbing problems. Ticks were abundant in and around the hotel. The pet policy is very expensive and poorly thought out, and check-in with the night clerk was a bad experience. The day staff were the one bright spot: both the housekeeping crew and front desk staff were friendly, courteous, and helpful. I wouldn’t return to this location.
