Best Western Kenosha Inn

That mattress was like sleeping on a cloud. I snuggled in and was out in no time, and I don't say that lightly. We got there at 1 a.m., and even checking in that late, the staff were phenomenal and checkout was easy. The lobby smelled so good, really everywhere did. I loved the pretty peacock decor too; it made the place feel like someone's home. I'd definitely book here for another trip.

Around 4 a.m. on 1/31/3026, I had a medical scare, and Dele stayed with me the whole time. He even prayed for me and went way beyond what his job required. From check-in onward, everyone was great. The hotel stayed clean and smelled good, and Cricket at the front desk knew me by name, which is rare at most hotels. Katy and her husband T.J have an awesome staff who take pride in their work.

Breakfast was hot and had a good variety, and the location puts you close to lots of shopping and places to eat in Broken Arrow. It's on a side street with a traffic light at one end, so getting in and out is easy. My grandfather spent a week here in an ADA room, and the staff were patient, helpful, and did a lot to make him comfortable. When the in-room heater had a problem, they fixed it promptly. I highly recommend it.

We were close to plenty of restaurants and shops, which made the location handy. Breakfast had a good selection, and there was always coffee, a big plus for us. Everyone we met on staff was cheerful and helpful. Our room and bed were clean and comfortable. The shower handle pulled away from the wall on the first night, but management got it fixed as soon as they could.
