Our truck broke down, so we had to stay in Tulsa. We chose this hotel because it accepts our two service dogs. Plenty of people in the hall had dogs roaming off leash, which didn’t bother us since we’re dog people. The hotel’s owners, though, clearly aren’t. They charged a $100 deposit that I’m still trying to get back. We cleaned our room ourselves and even brought our own toilet paper. Housekeeping came in on our first day while we were in the room. She barged in speaking non-English and started cleaning around us, even though we’d just arrived and didn’t need service. Later, when our truck repair took longer than planned, we needed another night. They refused to rent us the room, saying I had too many people and dogs there. I had two service dogs, and it was my birthday, so some friends had dropped off a cake. We were out all day, and only a handful of people stopped by briefly. They didn’t stay long or use the toilet paper I provided. I don’t see how that was their business. Housekeeping also tried to take our dirty towels. I had to insist she return the right number. She tried to short me, and I counted along with her. We aren’t thieves and want our deposit back. They say they sent it, but it hasn’t arrived. Now I have to go back to get receipts as proof, because somebody’s lying about the deposit. We cleaned the room, so there’s no reason to keep it. This management is crap. I don’t recommend this place. Never again at a Quality Inn owned by dog eaters. They hate dogs.

The price and experience were decent for a short stay, and I’d recommend it if you’re trying to save money. Staff were attentive and friendly, and the room was mostly clean, though the bathroom could use more attention. A bug greeted me when I entered our third-floor room. Gross, but after a few tries I got it out and didn’t see another. I hear they can be hard to get rid of, so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Breakfast was busy, and we waited for the waffle maker, but it was great once we got our plates made.

The room was comfortable and very clean, and the Wi-Fi worked great. Staff were amazing. Breakfast and the location were both awesome. I’ll definitely come back.

After we checked in and went out for food, we returned to an empty room. The windows had been left unlocked, and all my belongings were gone. I asked for the manager that night, but she was off work and told me and the police to wait until business hours to retrieve footage. I’m still waiting for the manager to call, after contacting the front desk about twice. Corporate support filed an official claim, since apparently I never stayed there. I can provide the confirmation number for my two rooms from 11/12/25 and the police report. Nobody makes up losing their belongings. I can’t believe I had to edit this to clarify things for the owners.

The bed was nasty and badly wrinkled, which made it seem like the sheets hadn’t been changed in a while. Our room smelled of marijuana, and with a newborn it didn’t feel safe. It might also have triggered my wife’s asthma. The place was so far below safe, habitable standards that we left right away.
