TownePlace Suites Tulsa Broken Arrow

We had our dog with us for a one-night stop on a road trip, so I chose the higher-priced pet room when booking online. I was disappointed to then be charged an additional pet fee, since it looked like the fee was already included in that room selection. We're loyal Marriott members and only stay at brands under its umbrella. Of the four hotels we used on this trip, this one came to twice the total nightly price of the others. $321 is just too much for eight hours of sleep. What a racket.

Susanna and the whole Town Suites team made our stay a spectacular one. They treated us with warmth, care, and professionalism, and their hospitality made the experience unforgettable. We're very grateful.

Kevin on the overnight shift really stood out. Each time I went to the front desk for something, he stopped what he was working on and got it for me quickly and professionally. I made three trips, and he was busy with projects around the property each time, keeping it looking beautiful and maintaining a high standard. You can tell he takes pride in his work, and his customer service was stellar. My wife, daughter, and I will come back, especially if people like Kevin are the face of this location. Marriott should have him train new hires. Thanks, Kevin, for the great work. This has been the best Town Place Suites location I've stayed at so far: very clean, up to date, and a really enjoyable stay. I highly recommend it.

It's modest lodging, but it has the basic kitchen utensils and amenities I needed while out of town. The hotel has a swimming pool, a pleasant ambience, and a lovely, comfortable waiting room. The staff were courteous and always willing to help. It's close to a steakhouse, a wine shop, and other hotels, including Holiday Inn Express. I loved my stay here.
