Char at the main desk was attentive and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. The location worked perfectly for my business trip. I had a nice stay and would come back.

Amy made coordinating our room block feel easy. She kept me clearly and kindly updated on bookings, deadlines, and guest details, and her support was invaluable. Char also showed real care and professionalism in every interaction. The shuttle drivers treated our guests courteously and carefully, which gave us peace of mind. We booked a block at the Hampton Inn in Brookfield, WI for our daughter’s wedding, and the team made our out-of-town guests feel welcome and looked after. They generously gave the bridal party an adjoining room to get ready in, making the wedding morning relaxed and special. The whole weekend went smoothly, and we’re grateful to the Hampton Inn Brookfield team for helping make it unforgettable. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our loved ones.

We were there with a hockey team, and the staff were great about letting us have a taco bar in the lobby and hang out there late. Clean hotel and friendly people.

This place was gross and needs a full renovation. The common areas were very dirty, and staff didn’t seem to make even a basic effort to clean them. Our room’s air conditioner was loud and wouldn’t adjust the temperature, even after an HVAC technician checked it. Breakfast was awful, just terrible. Corporate Hampton Bay should be ashamed to keep this hotel open.

I don’t get why people call this place dirty. It was spotless, the rooms looked beautiful, and the front desk staff were amazing. It’s a midgrade chain, not the Ritz Carlton, and for what it is, I’d definitely recommend staying here if you’re around Milwaukee.
