The free breakfast is a success thanks to Ronald. He drives the shuttle too, and he’d be a great addition to the management team. Johnathan and Rhonda at the front desk were true professionals, and those two made a great first impression that lasted through the stay. Since the change in ownership and management, IHG has raised the standard here to a five-star hotel without the big expense. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed if you stay. Special thanks to Ronald.

Rhonda at the front desk suggested a couple of restaurants, and Mark was especially attentive. The front desk service was excellent, the rooms were very clean, and everyone treated me really nicely. I’ll definitely stay here again.

When I had trouble with the TV, they moved me right away to another room nearby. They do their best to make customers happy. Awesome sauce 👌
2/10
The customer service was horrible. They talked over me and didn’t seem willing to understand what was going on.

The rooms are AMAZING, and the staff are awesome. The hotel itself is really pretty too, though the elevators feel a bit sketchy and the location isn’t great.
