The room was disgusting. There was urine and feces on the toilet, dirt and grime in the shower, blood on the ironing board, stains on every towel and washcloth, visible mold on the shower curtain, and the shower knob fell off when I tried to use it. I had to go to a supermarket for cleaning supplies. The amount of dirt and grime I cleaned up in that room should have been a crime. The whole place smelled like a cigarette lounge as soon as I walked in. I waited an hour to check in, fourth in line at midnight, while the desk attendant took his time. Three customers ahead of me were told there was no room for them despite having confirmation emails. I took the stairs to the third floor because the elevator sounded weird. The stairwell smelled like piss and had trash everywhere, including noodle cups, underwear, and chip bags. There were so many drug addicts going in and out that I didn’t feel safe at all. Thank God I brought my own washcloths and towels. When I checked out, the cleaning staff were “cleaning” the lobby and front desk with a huge puddle on the floor and no wet floor sign. I mentioned it twice, and nobody behind the desk moved an inch. This place needs to be shut down. I want my money back!

We found BED BUGS in the room, and the receptionist didn’t seem surprised. They offered neither a room change nor a refund. We’ve been trying to reach a manager or get a phone number, but the receptionist hasn’t helped. A larger, possibly older woman with grey poofy untamed hair spoke with us the whole time and did nothing. She was rude and unprofessional, and seemed like she didn’t want to be there. My husband and I booked one king bed, but when we arrived the receptionist said that room wasn’t available. The floors and bathroom were disgusting, with dirty shower floors we didn’t feel comfortable using, damage on the walls and doors, and random stains. The bed had only two sheets, and they had no blanket when we asked. The room smelled like cigarettes. Housekeeping was extremely rude and banged on our door at 7 AM even though the do not disturb sign was up. A noise complaint I called in at 1:30 AM was never addressed while I was trying to sleep. This was an extremely horrible stay. Zero stars should be an option. Stay away if you can. The hotel needs to close down. These people need to learn what management, hospitality, and cleanliness mean.

My key kept deactivating, even though my phone was nowhere near it. The shower water was ice cold, and I can’t say anything nice about this place. After reading the reviews, I think this is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. All the good reviews are AI generated.
