I loved the room. It was clean, fresh, and new, and the price was awesome for the experience, probably because construction is still going on. I’d stay again once the renovation is done. My overall experience was good, 4/5. There was dust and particles around because construction was continuing. It didn’t bother me much for one night, but someone else may want to keep it in mind. You can hear everything in the hall from the room. That seems to happen with hotel renovations, though I wish they’d improve the soundproofing, since I’ve stayed in hotels that did it well. An alarm kept going off, even in the middle of the night. I didn’t mind, but others might. The staff were okay, though their professionalism could improve. I had no personal issues with them, it was just my impression from a distance. Coming from Baltimore, I found the location interesting and wouldn’t have picked it as my first choice, but I had no issues. The parking lot was a long way from the entrance, and I’m not sure why it was designed that way.

After my flight was delayed and I was in a bad mood, Ronald, the driver from the airport to the hotel, made things easier. He was courteous the whole time and even offered to take me to the store. He’s the nicest guy you’ll meet. The hotel was fantastic, with a comfortable room and a really nice, clean bathroom. It made my stay in Baltimore comfortable despite my irritation about the delay. 10/10 would recommend.

The room was really clean and had everything I needed, and the bed was sooo comfortable. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and truly loved my stay. I got in at 1 am, and the front desk clerk handled my check-in very professionally. I’ll definitely come back.

I’m a fan of IHG hotels for a lot of reasons, and this one met nearly all my very high expectations. The beds felt luxurious, though this isn’t a luxury hotel, and it worked well for my short stay in Baltimore. I was greeted before I even got through the doors, and the friendly, helpful service stayed consistent throughout. My room was spotless. Since renovations are ongoing, I may have been the first person to stay in it. I noticed little sign of work on my floor or in the lobby, but it is still a work in progress. Parking was secure, easy to use, and free. Breakfast was well presented and looked after, and was as expected. You won’t find glowing reviews of fine cuisine at a Holiday Inn Express, but it was certainly good.

The staff were nice, polite, and professional from the front desk to room service. I was delayed by traffic, and they understood, telling me not to worry and that they’d see me when I arrived. The location was perfect for me, with places no more than 20-30 minutes away. It was very clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good with a clean dining area. I’ll definitely recommend it and book here again soon.
