The place was clean and smelled fresh, which matters most to me, and I’d stay here again when we return to Cleveland for soccer. I came with our daughter’s family for a tournament. It was very quiet overall, even with freight trains passing nearby. I have sensitive hearing and they weren’t a problem. The bed was much too soft for me, like sleeping on marshmallows, since I’m used to firm Marriott beds. The powered window shade didn’t work, so we couldn’t raise it to let in daylight. Sam’s Club, Walmart, and plenty of other places are close.

The fitness center and pool were great, and the lobby looked pristine. The room was very clean, too. It’s an easy stop off the highway with lots of places to get food nearby. I couldn’t hear the trains at all, though sound came through the connecting-room walls a bit.

We came from Illinois this past weekend for the Brazil vs. Egypt friendly FIFA game, and had a great time staying at Fairfield Inn. I have no complaints. The room was great, and everyone we dealt with was lovely, from the front desk to the woman serving breakfast. Thanks for the friendly welcome and hospitality. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it.

Free, easy parking was a nice change from paying downtown rates, and the hotel was less than 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. We’d originally booked downtown, but there was no pool and parking cost $50 a day, so switching to Fairfield was a great decision. The complimentary breakfast was good, the beds were comfortable, and the property was clean and quiet. Every staff member was friendly and accommodating. I can’t think of a bad thing to say.

I felt like family here. Dan, Rachel, Wilson, and Kathy all helped make my stay special, and when I got sick, the staff showed more kindness, concern, and care than I can put into words. The front desk was welcoming, maintenance responded quickly and professionally, and the breakfast team kept everything clean and stocked while being friendly each morning. It’s clear the people running Fairfield Inn & Suites Cleveland really care about their guests. This feels like my home away from home.
