The rooftop has great views, and the lobby staff made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Everyone we dealt with was attentive and warm, and they put in extra effort to help us enjoy our stay. Excellent service. I’d book here again and again.

The balcony was a big plus, and our room had a microwave, refrigerator, and large TV. The bed, though, was noisy and uncomfortable. Staff were pleasant and willing to help, but only after we asked. The hotel is new, but it already looks worn in places and needs paint and small repairs. It was clean, though not to a professional standard. Cleaning carts sat unused in the narrow hallways for hours or overnight, and I had to move them to get past with my bags.

That balcony view was beautiful, and the room was spotless, comfortable, and well kept. After a long day it was a great place to unwind. The service stood out too. From the moment I arrived, the staff were accommodating and went out of their way to meet my needs. My stay at Nova Hotel in Brooklyn exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly stay there whenever I’m back in Brooklyn. I’d recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Parking is tough to find, so once you get a spot, I’d use Uber or Lyft to get around and keep it. The price was great, and I’d stay again. Hova Hotel’s lobby was nicely decorated, and though the rooms are a little small, mine was clean and pleasant. I loved the walk-in shower.
