We lasted just a couple of hours before leaving, and there was no refund. The first room smelled so awful we asked to move; in the second, the toilet leaked across the floor. There weren't any other rooms available, since most seemed to be out of service. In the first room we also found poop and other trash under the bed, dead bugs, stained surfaces, and bedding that clearly hadn't been changed. The shower was so gross I wouldn't use it. The man seemed used to this happening and happy to keep our money. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Holiday Inn across the street, it's amazing.

The staff were pleasant, and the place was quiet with reasonable rates. My room was clean and the beds were really comfortable, though there was food left in the fridge and no liner bag in the garbage can. The tub was clean but slippery, and I think every tub should have a permanent grab bar. The TV was broken, though I barely spent any time in the room. I'd definitely stay again if I needed to, and it was pet friendly.

Travelers and truckers, take this as a warning: I believe the hotel overcharges and bills taxes twice, and I don't expect to get that money back. Taxes were already deducted during online booking, but they still dance around the issue. Communication has been extremely poor, and there's no email address to contact them. I'll be filing a business complaint with the hotel and inn division in Ohio. Double taxation is against the law in all 50 states, and businesses that charge it face a $10,000 fine.

This might do if all you need is somewhere to get out of the weather and sleep. The place wasn't clean, and furniture from inside was sitting outside the doors. It looked more like a shelter for people in need.
