Fairfield By Marriott Inn & Suites Philadelphia Broomall/Newtown Square

The only letdown was how cold the pool area and water felt. A little more heat would make it nicer, especially in colder months. Otherwise, we had a fantastic one-night stay with clean, comfortable rooms and a great breakfast. The staff member at check-in was especially friendly and made everything quick and easy. We'd definitely stay again and recommend the hotel.

We had no trouble parking, though there didn't seem to be much space. The location worked well for us because my parents live in Haverford, but I can't say how convenient it is for others. My wife and oldest son tried the complimentary breakfast and thought it looked good, with good waffles and decent coffee. The staff and hotel were great, and we had no complaints during our one-night stay.

The breakfast was hot and delicious each morning, and the food staff greeted us so warmly. The whole hotel, from our room to the lobby, was spotless and smelled fresh, which made things comfortable and relaxing. Erica, the front desk manager, and Tamerat were outstanding. They knew the hotel and the surrounding area so well. I'll stay here every time!

We were given a room at a different hotel 15 minutes away because this one was overbooked. That was a real problem since we were in town for a family event and wanted to stay in the same place. It also meant an extra half hour of driving to the ceremony and reception. They comped one night's room, but after such a bad mix-up, I expected more to make things right.
