Hyatt Summerfield Suites Boulder/Broomfield

The lobby looked modern and lovely, and the room felt like a small studio apartment with plenty of space. The bed was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had a great selection. I did notice a couple of cleanliness problems: the kitchen chairs hadn’t been cleaned properly, and the toilet seat had black marks that looked like footprints. Aside from that, I had a positive stay and think the hotel has a lot of potential.

After a long drive, I needed somewhere peaceful and comfortable, and the staff made me feel welcome from the start. Mikayla Ambrtiz at the front desk got me settled quickly and kindly, and had useful dinner suggestions. When I realized I needed a longer stay, Jacob Twomey helped arrange the reservation, and Addy Preston worked out a reduced rate. Housekeeping were friendly and ready to help, always with a smile. The spacious, well-kept rooms and bright common areas were a pleasure, and breakfast was on time and nicely presented. A great choice for short or longer stays.

Jacob, the front desk supervisor, gave me the best hotel customer service I’ve ever had. He was friendly and went out of his way to help, and the rest of the front desk team had the same welcoming attitude. Mikayla was also doing a great job running the bar and kitchen on her own. Breakfast had a solid range of options, and the bar and restaurant served good food at reasonable prices. Our room was spacious and nice, very clean, with beautiful mountain views right outside the window. There were a few minor things, but it’s still one of my best hotel stays. I’d highly recommend it.

I was here for a procedure at Centeno and Shulzt and really enjoyed my stay. Jacob was a big help, and housekeeping were extra sweet and helpful. Having a full-size fridge and cooking utensils was very nice, and the room had everything I needed. Breakfast was hot, plentiful, and offered something for everyone, including Udi’s gluten-free muffins and bread on request.
