Best Western Heritage Inn & Suites

Rates were very reasonable, and breakfast was limited but decent and hot. The place was comfortable, clean, and really quiet, away from the busy road.

Ms Michelle at the front desk really made this stay for me. She knew us by name, sorted out an issue with the third-party booking site I’d used, and handled every question or request without a fuss. You can get “budget” service at budget hotels, but that wasn’t our experience here. We stayed Friday to Sunday for two nights. The room was clean, the lot was well lit and felt safe, breakfast was free, and the location was decent, close to the zoo and other fun things. Mrs Michelle was great!

I’d booked a room for some of my construction crew, but the job got cancelled at the last minute, so I had to cancel the reservation too. The person on the phone scolded me instead of simply confirming the cancellation and ending the call, even though the situation was out of my control. I definitely won’t book at this location again.

The rooms felt open and new, and they were very clean. The lobby was bright, tidy, and welcoming, with cheerful staff, which mattered to me because that first impression shapes the stay. It’s also reasonably priced and close to everything you might need. I enjoyed being here, would come back, and would absolutely recommend it.
