La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Broussard - Lafayette Area

The young woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and upbeat. We were on a last-minute trip for personal business and got a great price on a one-bedroom suite. The room was nice, and breakfast was available at the front. The hotel is close to the main road and in a nice area.

Even though I booked at the last minute, the price was still reasonable. The staff were super friendly and professional, and the rooms were clean. Having both a fridge and microwave in the room is hard to beat.

It’s in a peaceful area that felt pretty safe for the most part, even with kiddos, and there’s a Waffle House, Taco Bell, and a bank next door. Guests were friendly and courteous, and the staff were incredibly welcoming. The rooms are clean, the shower works great, and the beds are comfy. There’s also a pool and a couple of decent spots to walk animals. I’d highly recommend staying here.

Stayed in the private suite, room 200, on 8-26-25. It was $112 with Wyndham rewards. The suite was a good size, the TVs and AC worked well, and the bed, pillows, and blankets were comfortable. WiFi was good too. It was quiet and just minutes from the grocery store. La Quinta in Lafayette was a little cheaper, but didn’t have a room this nice and big.
