The front desk lady was helpful when I asked about getting a Keurig for the room. She went out back and brought a bag with the machine, cups, and pods, which made me happy, even though I had to carry it to our room. Later, after dinner, we came back with dessert and found the Keurig didn’t work. This Holiday Inn disappointed us. We always stay at Holiday Inns, but this one didn’t meet our expectations. They don’t keep coffee makers in the rooms anymore, and as an early riser I hate having to schlep down to the lobby for coffee. I don’t understand the change in how guests get coffee. Holiday Inn, I think you’re making a mistake. Truly unhappy about this change!

The exercise room was very nice, and the rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Breakfast was just okay and could be better. The hotel’s TVs are dated and need updating. Still, a good place to stay.

The staff were extremely kind. When weather forced me to reschedule my flight home, I needed somewhere to telework after checkout. They let me work for hours in the breakfast area without a problem and held my luggage in the office. Breakfast was fine. The heating unit fan was very loud and ran the entire time, which is the only reason the room didn’t get five stars.

Water pressure was the big problem for our group. In at least four rooms, the tubs only produced a trickle, so the showers wouldn’t work. A hotel should be able to handle several rooms using showers at once.

We were here with a few colleagues for business and had a great experience. What stood out most was the service: the staff were always helpful and went above and beyond whenever we needed help with an issue. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and breakfast had a nice variety and was well stocked. Truly impressive customer support. Highly recommended for business stays!
