The room was incredibly clean, probably the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in, and the staff were warm and friendly. I was nervous about Browning because I’d heard it was run down, but this hotel was lovely. I got a king room on short notice. It was small but clean and well arranged, with a coffee pot, fridge, TV, Wi-Fi, and microwave. The AC and heat both worked well. There were no noisy neighbors or traffic sounds, even though my room was closest to the highway. Breakfast had been shut down due to Covid, so they left juice, coffee and fixings, yogurt, fruit cups, and pretty good breakfast sandwiches in the room. The shower had the usual soaps, plenty of towels, and even some free sunscreen, which was thoughtful. The bed was super soft, and the comforter was the softest ever. I wanted to take it home. The only snag was a lamp that wouldn’t turn on, so I used the other lights. I’d stay again if I’m in the area.

I’m writing on behalf of my father, who booked through Expedia in April 2021. The cancellation terms clearly gave us until 7/1/21, and we cancelled on 6/16/21. Expedia confirmed by email that a refund was coming, but it never arrived. When we contacted Expedia, they said it wasn’t their problem and sent us to the Little Hilt Inn. The Inn told me the same thing and sent me back to Expedia. Neither will take responsibility or return the money, even though I have paperwork showing the policy and that we cancelled within the deadline. The customer service has been terrible. Buyer beware.

They said they couldn’t check me in that night after I booked through Expedia, so they moved me to another hotel and said they’d cover the cost. The charge still went on my card, and the reimbursement hasn’t been sorted out even after two months. Getting reimbursed should be simple. This hotel is really bad, and I can’t imagine one worse.

I spent two nights here in June 2022. The room was small but had what I needed, including a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine, plus a good range of breakfast items. The outdoor parking area could’ve been cleared of debris. The casino in Browning served excellent meals.

I’m very disappointed that the hotel never answered me. I had to cancel my reservation because of COVID-19. When I spoke to them by phone, they said I’d get my money back, but they never refunded it. It’s sad to run into places like this while traveling.
