The room smelled like wet dog as soon as I walked in, and the whole place looked dingy. The elevator floors were disgusting. I checked the AC vents for mold and luckily didn’t find any, but the ceiling had dark spots, the floor several fresh stains, and the shower was rusty and mildewed. My workplace had already paid, so I couldn’t switch hotels. I went to the store for Clorox and wipes and cleaned the room myself. Never again. This was room 306.

Not recommended. The hotel looks like it may have been nice before, but it seems neglected now. I stayed two nights, and it wasn’t a good experience. The hallways were always very hot, like they were trying to save on energy. The bathrooms were clean but old, breakfast was lame, and the staff didn’t seem very happy. You get what you pay for.

The food was great, but the coffee was already cool at 8:30 on a slow Monday. The machines in the third-floor laundry worked well, though the front desk had no quarters. The bathroom’s main light was out, and the exhaust fan seemed too weak to clear the air.

Jocelyn at reception was amazing, so kind and helpful. This is one of the best Holiday Inns we’ve stayed at. The rooms are great, and the beds were the best we’ve had. They’re so comfortable that we’d fall asleep as soon as our heads hit the pillows. I definitely recommend this hotel.

The rooms seemed clean, and breakfast was about what you’d expect at a Holiday Inn, so it was okay. Front desk service was also okay, but he wasn’t especially helpful. He didn’t offer information, and his short answers to our questions were only mildly useful.
