The patio had everything we needed, and the whole place was comfortable and relaxing. We were in the area for a few days while my mom worked on genealogy research in Calhoun County, Mississippi, and The Cart Barn Inn suited us perfectly. Breakfast was wonderful, just as other people had said. We also loved getting to know the owners, Brett Leigh and his wife Dana. Gina on staff was really friendly and helpful too. Five stars for sure!

We felt right at home here. The outdoor patio was like a little oasis, and the hosts were friendly and fantastic. Our room was spacious and clean, and the hot breakfasts on Saturday and Sunday mornings were amazing. Such a great, unusual place to stay if you're in the area. The sign at the front desk says it perfectly.

We were so glad we picked the cart barn inn as our home away from home while our families came together for a few days. Breakfast was so good, with scrambled eggs and cheese, biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon, plus plenty of tea and coffee options. And Dana's cake was yummy too. We were there with a group of about 30 for my daughter Hannah's wedding weekend with the love of her life, Luke. Brett and Dana hosted us, and all 10 rooms were super spacious, with top notch linens and the cutest bathrooms. Brett went above and beyond to make sure the stay was stress free and memorable. The back patio worked perfectly for our rehearsal dinner. The yard's corn hole kept the little ones busy, and the grown ones too!

First time I've ever stayed somewhere like this, and it was awesome. So comfortable, honestly like a home away from home. The owner was super nice and down to earth, and the hospitality was good. 10/10, I WILL RECOMMEND.

Brett made us feel welcome and went out of his way to accommodate us. At check-in he personally showed each guest around the property, then asked what everyone wanted for breakfast. On Sunday, he made a delicious breakfast for all the guests. Cart Barn Inn was a great experience, and we'll definitely stay there whenever we visit Bruce, Ms. Thank you, Brett! Sam and Rachel
