The bed was fine and the linens were clean, and the owner was very nice. Although the motel is right off the road, it sits far enough back to stay quiet. The room itself didn't feel clean: it smelled musty under a strong scent of Fabuloso or another cleaning product, the carpet had lots of stains and was pretty disgusting, and the bathroom looked straight out of 1950. A good scrub of all the surfaces would go a long way.

A nice man at the desk and clean linens and towels are why I gave this two stars instead of one. The room smelled damp and musty, the carpet was grimy and stained, and our clothes felt damp by morning. The bathroom door wouldn't close.

We called late at night and got prompt, kind service. It's a family-run place, and the linens were clean cotton. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the basic amenities we needed. It's a good value for someone traveling on a budget.

It was easy to relax here because the place stayed quiet and peaceful. My room was roomy and looked after well, and the bed made for a really good night's sleep. A comfortable, calm stay.

I was here for my birthday and really liked the location and the cute rooms. The door took a hard push before it would latch, though I joked to myself that it might add a bit of security. There was an ice machine, but no vending machines. With vending on site, this would've been five stars. Otherwise, it was fine.
