The privately owned property was a real win, and I'm glad to support a small business. Our spacious room was even better than the photos, with new furnishings, a comfortable bed, Netflix, and a stainless steel kettle. We're waiting for breakfast now, and I expect it'll be great. We chose avo toast with hash browns and fruit the night before, and they'll serve it in the morning. Don't hesitate, just book. Thank me later.

The owners are friendly and great to work with, so I'll keep staying here whenever I'm in the area. My Barn room was fantastic, updated, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and the room had a large TV, microwave, coffee maker, and a good-sized refrigerator.

Breakfast was the standout: lots of good choices, with coffee, orange juice, and black, green, and herbal teas. You can eat in the breakfast barn or take it to your room. My wife and I stayed two nights to visit Bryce National Park, and we'd come back. The room was very nice and the bathroom well equipped. There weren't any streaming subscriptions, and the Wi-Fi connected without internet. I assume that's due to the remote location, though I don't know what's available locally. There are 12 rooms, plus grills, a fire circle, and a small pavilion. If several rooms are booked early, it seems like a nice place for friends or extended family to gather. We booked a couple of weeks ahead without any trouble.

One of my best stays. The room was spotless, the hosts were professional and courteous, and the service was exceptional. The handmade breakfast was tasty, and the coffee was amazing.
