The non-smoking room reeked of cigarettes as soon as we walked in, and there weren't any washcloths or bath towels. We spoke to the clerk and got moved to another room, but it had the same problems.

We arrived to find the room door standing open. The fridge and TV both failed, and the room smelled like urine. Then we waited five hours for towels while being told over and over they'd be another half hour. Worst hotel I've ever seen. If you want to find crack or meth, this may be your place. Otherwise, I'd skip it.

At 1:15 a.m., after hours on the road home from vacation with our two kids, we were too exhausted to go back to the office and leave. In Room 214, the smell was foul and the room was filthy. Stains covered the carpet, and the baseboard trim was coming loose. I was worried enough about the beds that I fetched our blankets from the car to put over them.

By the time I finally got a usable room, it was 1:30 a.m. I hadn't even undressed, and I sat up all night because I was worried about what critters might come out. At 6 a.m. I went to wait in my truck until I could get back on the road. Worst hotel experience I've had, and I'm amazed there weren't bed bugs. Thank God. I arrived at 11 p.m. on January 17, 2014, after a full day driving, and paid $127.40 for a Jacuzzi room. The clerk first sent me to the wrong room, then gave me four more keys that didn't work while I stood outside in the freezing cold. When I told her to open it herself, she realized the mistake. She extended checkout to make up for the hassle, which was fine. The room stank and was dirty, and had a connecting door to the room next door. I insisted on changing rooms. She said it was the only working Jacuzzi room in the building, but after seeing it I no longer wanted one. The next room, at the regular rate, was bad too: no working TV or heat. The third was better. If it hadn't been so late, I would have found somewhere else. Absolutely disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere.
