The hotel was really comfortable, and the staff were super friendly. Great stay, 5/5!

It had only been open for two weeks, so they were still working out a few kinks, but it was very nice. The staff were friendly and helpful. I hope to stay here again in the future.

Children ran up and down the halls constantly until after midnight, and the elevators weren’t working, so I had to carry my bags up and down three floors. The room was in awful shape when I arrived: pubic hair in the shower and a mysterious bodily-fluid stain. When I asked for it to be cleaned, they made me feel like I was the problem. Manager Nicole berated me during my stay in retaliation for complaining, and lied to Hilton customer service about what happened and the room’s condition when I arrived. This location could be great, but it’s so poorly managed that it was my worst stay out of hundreds of nights at Hilton properties over the past few years. Avoid it.
