Econo Lodge Buckley Bonney Lake

I used pads for my small dog and changed them each time he used one. I took out my own trash and kept the window open for fresh air. After I left, they refused to return my deposit and kept hanging up when I called. Eventually they said the room smelled like dog poop, so they were keeping the deposit and wouldn't let me stay there again. Who would sit in a room that smelled like that? It felt like an excuse to keep my $50 because they need the money. Looking at them, I guess they need it a lot more than I do. They aren't pet friendly, and they will keep your deposit. The maids looked like they'd come in off the street, which was sad. There isn't much traffic, so they must need the money. Don't expect fair or honest treatment if you stay there. I wouldn't go back anyway.

We were on the first floor and could see our car right from the window, which helped me feel comfortable leaving it there since the front desk can see the cameras. The room was gorgeous, and having a jacuzzi in it was super cool. The water pressure was excellent, we didn't even turn it all the way on. There are a few vending machines, and Walmart plus other shops and restaurants are a good distance away.

They even cleaned our room and got us in before the scheduled time, which was awesome since we were tired and from out of town. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and although the bathroom was a bit small, it was tidy. Pets are welcome with a small deposit, and they have a nice continental breakfast in the morning. The pool area was lovely and the water was clean. We plan to come back next year.

I loved the hotel and the service most people gave me. Everyone else has been super helpful and kind, especially Talyah! But Kim gave me a lot of bad experiences during my stay. Her customer service wasn't good at all, and I felt very uncomfortable talking with her or even leaving my room to get things from my car.
