Fairfield Inn & Suites Anaheim North/Buena Park.

Louie handled both my check-in and check-out and made the experience really smooth, even though I had flight shenanigans both ways. He was especially accommodating about a late checkout, which saved me from sitting at the airport for hours. I travel to this area for work regularly, and this was my first stay here. The room was quiet and comfortable, which matters more to me than fancy or modern decor. I also appreciated that the AC could run its fan continuously. I sleep terribly when the system cycles on and off and changes the temperature through the night. The included hot breakfast was convenient, and I had it every morning. I'll stay here again.

We had a drain problem on arrival: the sink smelled awful and wouldn't drain. I asked the desk to send someone while we were out the next day, and the sink was fixed. But we never got housekeeping. I asked again the morning before checkout to have the room serviced for our last night, and it still wasn't done. The breakfast was below par and started 30 minutes later on weekends, which makes little sense for people visiting Disneyland. The location is okay, about a 15-minute drive from the park. With parking costs, I'd spend extra on a hotel closer enough to walk. Despite the low price, this place wasn't worth it.

The rooms could use a remodel, as they feel a bit old. Still, service was good, and Louie at the front desk was a great help. The breakfast staff were attentive and great. I had a good stay, and the location worked well for my training meetings at Living Stream Ministry in Anaheim.

We had a large, comfortable room with a nice workspace and plenty of plugs. Uila was especially great at check-in, helping combine our two back-to-back reservations and staying cheerful and helpful throughout. She also engaged with my six-year-old grandson. Great staff and location. We'll definitely be back, it's on our list.
