The room smelled horrible, but we took it because we had nowhere else to go and only needed one night. The desk person didn’t greet us and made us go check the room’s smell, saying they were sold out. I’d booked in advance, but apparently that was the only room left. The sheets and towels were stained and dirty, and the toilet and tub were stained and need updating. We usually stay at the Motel 6 main gate by Disneyland, which is my go-to. If you want a decent place, go there instead. This place sucked.

The room was full of trash, clothes, and shoes, and the beds weren’t made. The sheets were stained yellow. The hallways smelled like weed, and people were drinking in the parking lot. I had my special needs son with me, which made it even worse. I went to the office to report the room. The guy didn’t believe me until I showed him my photos and videos. All he offered was another room, which I absolutely refused. I demanded a refund. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It was disgusting.
