Danial handles bookings, and she was the rudest person I've dealt with. She yells at customers like a mad dog. I travel a lot and have never been somewhere like this. There's no management, service, or respect, and the prices are high as hell. Don't go there because of that lady. Be respectful, or one day your two-star place may have no customers.

We came back to knotts for our 25-year anniversary and tried to find the original crescent inn, which is now a Walgreens. At the last minute we chose westwagon inn, and it turned out to be a good choice. We got a great deal on room 17, tucked into a back corner. It was spacious, clean, quiet, and away from traffic noise. The staff member walked us to the room and made us feel especially welcome. It's right at the corner of knotts, about a five-minute walk to the gate. The place was affordable and comfortable. The colony inn next door is bigger, but westwagon inn was just the right size and had less noise and traffic coming and going. I'd pick westward wagon over the other retro hotels in the area.

It's 1:41am and I'm writing this while we're still here. Some guests seem to stay regularly, almost like they live here, and it sounds like there are drug deals going on all night. People are loud and up late, car alarms keep going off, and I didn't feel safe. The bed is very uncomfortable, and the room smells like smoke. This place is dirty and ghetto. If you have kids, I definitely wouldn't recommend it. Pay the extra $60 for somewhere else. I'm glad we're only staying one night. The worst. I'd give it a negative star if I could.

The rooms were comfortable and mostly quiet, and we had a great stay. The staff were really friendly, which made it feel nicer than the big hotels. It's close to shopping and Knott's, and not a bad place to stay. Thanks, Wilma, for the hospitality and home cooking.
