The hot tub being open 24 hours was such a nice perk. Everything was spotless, the staff were really kind, and there were fresh cookies too. I’d definitely come back.

The staff have been great so far, and it’s a nice hotel overall. We’d stay again, though a few things need attention: the hideabed sheets hadn’t been changed, which was kind of gross, and the fridge’s GFI breaker tripped, so all our stuff inside was warm by morning. The armchairs in both the room and dining room need cleaning. My wife also needed help downloading passes for our destination, but no one here could help.

We had a king suite with a balcony overlooking the pool and a small pond, and the room was really spacious. Breakfast was good, and the workers were amazing. We’ll stay again, 10/10.

Breakfast was a highlight, with restaurant-quality potatoes, sausage, and eggs. The bed had the usual Hampton Inn extra-firm mattress and very thick comforter, but the sheets felt rougher and lower quality than I’m used to. The scented laundry detergent was too much for our family member with MCS, and they ended up sleeping in the car.

Raven and Val at the front desk were so friendly and helpful. I got in really late, which was no problem, and they even pointed me toward food options or delivery. They upgraded me to a very nice suite and made my service dog feel completely welcome, with treats and a special sign for the door. Best hotel in Buffalo, WY!!! I’ll never stay anywhere else.
