The price was higher than other nearby chains, and I really don't think this stay was worth it. We've liked Home2 at a couple of other locations, so this one was a letdown. Our room felt mediocre and echoey, and breakfast was pretty bad. There was no plain half-and-half or creamer, just flavored or skim milk. The pancake machine was broken, and they had bacon but no sausage.

Let me be transparent in response to the hotel's reply. I called the number in it and got sent to Hilton's 1800 number because I was told the property couldn't do anything. Corporate then told me they couldn't help either. Apparently there's nothing anyone can do, not even issue credit toward a future stay instead of keeping my money. The chain clearly doesn't care about loyalty or customer satisfaction. If a nonrefundable booking means the hotel will do absolutely nothing for you, customers should be told that. Disgusting. I booked through the Hilton Rewards App, but had to cancel because of a winter storm. Staff sent me to Hilton's cancellation number, which is closed on Sundays, and wouldn't help. I've stayed here several times and always been pleased before. Now I'm beyond disappointed. Springhill Suites next door would be a better choice next time. Pay attention to the cancellation policy if you're planning to stay.

It was a positive enough stay, but not what I expected from a Hilton. Service was okay, though I had to remind the front desk about housekeeping every day. Breakfast was edible, and I'll leave it at that. The rooms are dated and don't have smart TVs.

There's Bills stuff everywhere, so this place should be high on the list for any Bills fan. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms have everything you'd need for a medium-length stay. Breakfast was more than edible. The pool was a little dirty, to be honest.
